So guess what my silly kids got me for Fathers' Day. A puppy! She's a black lab mix, less than 3 months old and very cute. Very much a puppy. We named her Ellie (Dylan says it's Ell for short).
That only makes four dogs, one cat and one bird.

We have this really cute little baby at church named Ryan. He's kind of the community baby since we all pass him around and hold him. Today, I had him for a little while and thought he might enjoy sitting on my shoulders. He was really excited at first, cooing and grabbing my hair. After a few minutes I could tell his posture changed and he seemed more limp.
The little dude fell asleep on the top of my head! It didn't take long for a crowd to gather with cameras. Somehow I think I wasn't the cute one in the photos. 
Did you know you could do this? Future (or past) posting. It's pretty cool.
Now you don't have to forget birthdays and stuff. And as someone else said, if you're the type of blogger that gets ideas and inspiration in fits and spurts, you can space your creativity out - as opposed to you being spaced out. Or something.
