Yesterday was the one year anniversary of my Mom’s death. The date itself didn’t really bother me – at least no more than any other day. But I’ve missed her a lot this year. We had a couple of family crises this past week, and I would have loved to have called her to talk about them. She was always such an encouragement.
I love you, Mom. See you someday!

Yes you will
(((hugs))) i’m thinkin of ya PB & i’ll say prayers for you.
How often we think of picking up the phone to call mom and tell her something… only to have the reality of her absence hit home again. Mine’s been gone for 15 years and I still do it. Sorry for your loss. Happy for your hope.
May you find joy as you “see her” with Jesus now.
aww that’s so hard! mom’s are so great for calling at that exact moment you feel like you just can’t make it anymore. But we have God for that too, and at least He will never be taken away!
I miss her, too, and know exactly how you feel. I thank her everyday for the gift of my family.
