The Sad Life of Britney Spears
I stumbled across this on YouTube today. It’s a good reminder of how we ought to look at our friend Britney. Seriously. And the song is great too.
Btw, I’m feeling better. Thanks for the kind words, friends.

She is not the only girl to sell herself for successes with similar results. They are all sad. Britney, I find myself so sick of her, forgetting she is a real woman, with real childern. Once an innocent little girl herself and now so messed up. All for our entertainment.
that is so sad. i’ve always kind of taken her side. i mean, not in the way that i think she’s making the right choices, but in the way that she has alot of pressure on her and is constantly bombarded with camera’s all the time. she’s prolly depressed and needs some kind of counceling…and it’s just not happening. someone needs to make it happen. quit taking her pic and showing her on tv and putting her down and help her for God’s sake.
Amen, too true and such sadness.
Good post. And a great song. The coverage of her life is so excessive that you almost become immune to it, not that I was ever a fan nor could I name but perhaps one of her songs….how would any of us react to fame and fortune? Perhaps we should count our blessings?
i have literally cried for her. i feel for her.
and i pray for her. she needs love and care and help. not the popparazzi chasing her, helping to ruin her life.
Very moving and convicting. We need to be praying for that girl.
I do pray for Britney, that she’ll fall into the embrace of Jesus.
I’m glad you posted this. It’s really sad and I’ve felt bad for her for awhile. I know that there are a lot of Christians that are praying for her. Who knows how the Lord is working in the background.
Brian, Bobby’s post was actually my post! I didn’ know Bobby’s account was signed in!

All I can say is Wow!

I have been hitting people at an emotional level it seems. Dispassionate discussions of opinions and facts, just don’t seem to be happening lately. One would think that my topics were personal one. But no I get this on a discussion of politics. I’m learning to hate politics and wonder about the way people think. Or don’t think really, but assume that thinking is what they are doing.
ryc: Thank you. And I’m glad brunch is any day of the week
….thanks for all your support. Appreciate it. Take care. oh, by the way, how are you feeling?
It is sad that the media people makes money out of her misadventures, exploits, and misery.
For your information, Brian, Rufus is a cat, not a dog.
poor thing

i have NO idea…lol…but I get the rest of the song
Heya. Yep, everything seems great with the pregnancy. I still haven’t seen a midwife but should really soon. Thanks for praying!
I’m bored … so whatcha gonna do about it?
RYC: yes, I noticed the same brick pattern as well between the 2 barns. I hadn’t caught on re. the Turkey Hill though. I’ll have to pay attention!
It’s too bad she can’t go to a place where no one knows about her famous past and just start all over again. But it would have to be somewhere without drugs and alcohol and stuff like that.
I wonder what she would change if she could.
For people with this much fame and money, is it the fame or money that ruins them or is it just themselves?
