Could Birth Control Pills Harm the Environment?
This is an interesting article. Could hormonal contraceptives actually harm the environment?
I’m not taking a side at this time on contraception, but I hadn’t heard anything about this at all before.
I’d really like to hear some thoughts or have some discussion about this.

I don’t really understand all of this…
Since I am thirteen, I don’t think I can be involved with this.
But I hope you and the others can do what you guys need or want to do!
God Bless!!!

Wow.
Also, did you know there’s a debate now that suggests the pill is not just preventing conception, but blocks implantation and is thus considered abortion by some?
ryc: sleep facing North?…what is the significance in that? If you dont mind me asking…that is very interesting. thanks for the comment, and always being an encouragement to me. =) how have you been?
RYQ: I don’t have my Ph.D., but I do have an M.A. degree in music history, so I guess I’m almost a musicologist–close enough at least to do a little myth busting here and there. I did my M.A. thesis on a hymn-related topic, so hymnody is something I can converse about fairly well–better than some full Ph.D.s who did their research in non-hymnody areas.
ryc: i will most indeed tell you if it works!
so what is this sleeping North thing?…..
“…a cocktail of hormones, antibiotics, caffeine and steroids is flowing through the nation’s waterways, threatening fish and contaminating drinking water.” Here in MD, I think people wish this was in their drinking water… Anyway, I think it should be of a small concern, but I don’t think that our God would let a few people ruin His creation. You know? I don’t think the environment is the concern here, but the people. God will take care of the birds and the fishies. I think the focus should be on at least letting people know what they’re drinking. People can make their own decisions based on that information, assuming it is reported correctly.
